Calories in Fruit – Largest List in Existence – Many rare exotic tropical fruits included

Here is a HUGE list of calories/energy in fruit per 100g. 453 grams equals one pound. All of the fruit listed here is the calories for the edible portion only. The items with links on them are links to amazon in case you would like to purchase them.

There’s lots of rare and exotic fruits in this list, but if I’m missing any, please tell me! This list took a while to compose, but it was quite interesting learning about different fruits. I’m constantly updating it. Please comment down below if you have any suggestions of things to change or add. Or comment if you can find any of the calories for fruits that I’m having trouble finding!

      I have met a lot of people who have opposite results eating a lot of fruit and they lost weight. It’s because they kept their fat intake low.

    This is genuinely helpful information. Especially the order — according to calories! — is great. I’m shocked to see how calorie-rich kumquats are, considering they are so sour and bitter. Other sites corroborate the values you give so they must be right. Goes to show how easy it is to misjudge caloric values. Thanks for compiling this list.

    Great site. My parent’s are diabetic and love to consume tropical fruit hence im forever looking up stuff to nag at them. I was looking for burmese grapes calorie and i found it- so u can add it to ur collection.     Burmese grapes is abt 125 calorie per 100g pretty high sugar content. I was expecting less. Ohh well but keep updating and thank u soo much for putting these info online.
