Raw Cinnamon Oatmeal
This Low fat, Raw, Vegan oatmeal is creamy, sweet and very reminiscent to real oatmeal, but without the bloating, full, sticky-gut feeling. Using some simple ingredients, it makes a great fast breakfast. If it takes more than 5 minutes – You’re doing it wrong
Oatmeal without oats? You must be out of your mind! No I’m not, in fact I’d like to think of myself a revolutionary. 😉
- 4 Bananas
- 4 Pears
- Dash of cinnamon
- Blueberries for topping.
- Lightly chop the pears & Bananas
- add them, and the cinnamon to either your Vitamix (On the lowest setting), or Food processor. And blend until a very chunky constancy.
- Top with blueberries
