Raw Cinnamon Oatmeal

This Low fat, Raw, Vegan oatmeal is creamy, sweet and very reminiscent to real oatmeal, but without the bloating, full, sticky-gut feeling. Using some simple ingredients, it makes a great fast breakfast. If it takes more than 5 minutes – You’re doing it wrong

Oatmeal without oats? You must be out of your mind! No I’m not, in fact I’d like to think of myself a revolutionary.¬† ūüėČ

Ingredients:

  • 4 Bananas
  • 4 Pears
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Blueberries for topping.

Directions:

  • Lightly chop the pears & Bananas
  • add them, and the cinnamon to either your¬† Vitamix¬† (On the lowest setting), or Food processor. And blend until a very chunky constancy.
  • Top with blueberries

Nutrients:

840 Calories | 9g Protein | 2g Fat | 244g Carbs

    Hey Heather,
    I made this recipe and loved it! I was amazing at how much it tasted like oatmeal! I added raisins instead of the blueberries:)

    Looks and sounds good! I make something similar… a “porridge” of bananas, pears, apples, and a bit of cinnamon with diced dates on top. I want to try this banana pear version, thanks for sharing! :)
