Low-fat Raw vegan Cucumber Tea Sandwiches

This delicious recipe is not only fast, but incredibly satisfying. Great for people who want to do a raw vegan diet, but are very busy and have no time to do all that fancy prep work. Which you do see in a lot of raw recipes. It’s also great to bring to any kind of potluck. Who doesn’t love cucumbers & dates!
- 1 Cucumber
- 7 large medjool dates
- Strawberries for topping
Now, try your best to follow along, because this recipe is VERY complicated. I’ll try to explain it as best as I can 😉
- Cut the cucumber into 14 slices & stick a pitted date in between. Garnish with strawberries
