Low Fat Raw Vegan Mango Lassi Recipe

I loved mango lassies so much that I HAD to order them every time I went to an Indian restaurant.  They were my vice, but my family always told me not to fill up on them before the meal! Plus, they were full of pus! The nasty yogurt they put into the lassie is a massive turn off now.  This raw vegan version? O-oh ho ho, just you look out for a dopamine high as the ice cold, sweet and refreshing flavors of summer time mango collide with the unique hints of cinnamon, clove and cardamom to create the most epic smoothie experience you’ve ever had!

  • Easy Raw Ingredients:
  • 3 ripe mangoes (Preferably frozen, or at least chilled)
  • 5 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup (Chiled) almond milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon, clove and cardamom
  • (Cold) Water as needed

Easy Instructions:

  1. Blend everything together in a high speed blender until it becomes the creamy and smooth Indian dessert drink that we know and love. Super easy peasy!

    I used to love mango lassis, too. But the ones at restaurants taste too processed and artificial to me now that I’m raw and my tastebuds have sensitized. I’m excited to try this recipe! Looks delicious.
