Delicious & Satisfying Sweet and Savory Salad [Earth-day Recipe!]

I’m raving about this salad! I made  this recipe last night and gobbled it up. Then I made it again this morning and had it for breakfast. Yes, I loved it that much I ate it for breakfast! Who would have thought about eating a salad for breakfast? Not me…. until I made this! It’s filling and very satisfying. I know there’s a lot of ingredients, but it’s very easy to assemble! Sorry I don’t have a picture, my camera is on the fritz, but I’ll make this again and get a snapshot of it :)

  • 16 Deglet-Noor Dates; Pitted & Chopped
  • 1 Large Champagne Mango; Diced
  • 1 Red Pepper; Diced
  • 1 large tomato; Diced
  • 1 Cucumber; Diced
  • 1/8 Cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbs Oregano
  • 2 Slices of leek; chopped fine
  • 4 Green onion stalks; chopped
  • 110g Baby Spinach
  • 110g Red Leaf Lettuce
  • 110g Celery
  • 110g Romaine Lettuce

Easy Directions:

  1. Get a VERY big bowl
  2. Chop all the fruits
  3. Chop all the seasonings
  4. Chop all the lettuce
  5. Mix All together and enjoy! :) Easy peasy!
