- 3 Avocados
- 3 Roma Tomatoes deseeded and chopped
- 3 tbs chopped cilantro chopped
- 3 green onions chopped fine
- 1/2 lime juiced
- ½ tsp cayenne
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place the depitted avocado's into a bowl and mash it up along with the green onion, cayenne, and lime. Then, fold in the cilantro, tomatoes, and onions. Easy-peasy and quick!
