Raw foodests often talk about raw vegan spaghetti recipes that are made with zucchini. But what if you don’t like zucchini or squash? I know I don’t! Last time I ate a lot of squash, I got violently sick. So now I only use raw cucumber noodles. They taste much better in my opinion. This recipe is so simple I almost didn’t want to post it. But I know all you squash haters will appreciate it! 😉 There’s really not much more I can say, so lets get onto the recipe!
Easy peasy directions!
- Take a mandolin and move up and down the cucumber the long way, making thin strips. If you don’t have a mandolin, use a knife to thinly cut slices.
Low fat Raw fettuccine sauce recipe:
- 2 cups corn
- 1/5 cup hemp seeds (Thanks to my friend to turning me onto hemp seeds)
- Pepper, to taste
- Garlic and onion, to taste
Pulverize it in the vitamix until it becomes smooth and creamy! Or you could use a food processor for a while until it becomes buttery smooth.
