Hey guys! Sorry I haven’t posted lately, I’ve been working on my brand new eBook! Low fat raw holiday recipes. Yum yum yum. Super stoked for it, if you haven’t been following me on Facebook, I’m going to have over 60 recipes with tons of pictures for Christmas, Halloween, birthday, saint Patrick’s day and more! Here’s a beautiful soup recipe that I made a while ago using my friends juicer.

This beautiful low fat raw soup broth tastes like a traditional vegetable broth. Add your favorite fresh cut vegetables, or even fruits. *You will need a juicer or strainer bag. Most raw soups have some sort of oil in it. I kept it low fat by leaving the oil. That stuff’s nasty. If you dislike onions, substitute them for something a little less harsh, like green onions

  • 1 pound celery
  • 1/2 cup green onion
  • 1 pound carrots,
  • 1 pound tomatoes
  • 1 pound green bell pepper
  • 1/2 pound turnips
  • ┬╝ tsp of each: dried marjoram, sage, thyme, rosemary

This recipe is as simple as just Juicing all the vegetables then adding the dried herbs. You can add your favorite cut up vegetables, such as tomatoes, celery, bok choi, carrots, jicama, zucchini. Whatever you’d like :) MmmMmm good!

    I’ve made this several times in a blender rather than a juicer, and it’s super good that way too…..just not broth-like lol :D
