There are two different recipes below: Mango Matcha green detox smoothie and a raw vegan matcha banana ice cream recipe!
The raw vegan banana ice cream is perfectly refreshing for a summers day, especially with the decedent fudgey chocolate drizzle to be smothered on top of the ice cream.
The mango matcha detox smoothie is sure to pack a nutritional punch! The cilantro in the smoothie will help detox your body from heavy metals. The matcha will give you a relaxed yet alert non-jittery energy. The mango and orange add a vitamin and enzyme packed punch, plus they make it taste very nice!
Both of these recipes will give you lasting energy all day long to do what you love and feel your best. Plus, they’re absolutely delicious. It’s a major plus when you can have both – health and taste!

Mango Matcha Detox Smoothie
This mango matcha green tea smoothie recipe will help your body detox heavy metals while energizing and powering you throughout your day. The mango, orange and cilantro makes it taste delicious and refreshing, major bonus!
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 2 cups mango
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 tsp Matcha green tea powder
- 1 small chunk ginger
Add all the ingredients and blend everything together until smooth and creamy!
Raw Vegan Matcha Ice Cream with Chocolate Sauce
Delicious easy raw vegan matcha green tea ice cream made with bananas and matcha. Drizzle some chocolate sauce on top and you have yourself a quick healthy treat.
- 4 Frozen Bananas
- Matcha green tea powder
- 1 cup Nut Milk of your choice (Almond, Coconut, Cashew, etc)
- 15 dates
- 1 square Vegan dark chocolate
For the banana ice cream
Peel, chop and freeze bananas until solid.
Once the bananas are frozen, add them to your food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
For the raw chocolate sauce
In a blender add the nut milk, dates and dark chocolate. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the banana ice cream and enjoy!
