Low Fat Raw Vegan Mango Lassi Recipe

Nothing beats the sweltering summer heat like a tall glass of Mango Lassi. My Vegan Mango Lassi is made with almond milk instead of yogurt, and it tastes absolutely divine. Cardamom and vanilla complement the tangy sweetness of the mangoes. A gluten-free, soy-free, low fat, plant-based and raw vegan recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangoes Preferably frozen, or at least chilled
  • 5 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup cold almond milk
  • 1 Pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch clove
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 1/4 cup Cold Water

Instructions

  1. Blend everything together in a high speed blender until it becomes the creamy and smooth Indian dessert drink that we know and love. Super easy peasy!
