Mouth watering Raw Mango Pie Recipe (Low-fat)

Super quick and easy low fat raw vegan mango pie recipe.

Ingredients

Crust ingredients:

  • 1/2 cups raw sunflower seeds - ground finely
  • 2 cups dates

Filling ingredients:

  • 5 cups of mango
  • 1/2 cup dates OR 1 cup dried mango

Instructions

Crust Directions:

  1. Use a Coffee Grinder to finely grind the sunflower seeds to a powder.
  2. Add the dates and sunflower seed powder into the Food processorand blend together until it forms a crumbly consistency.
  3. Press the mixture into the pie plate.

Filling Directions:

  1. Blend together the mango & dates(Or dried mango) in the  Vitamix to your desired consistency.
  2. Pour into the pie crust
  3. Top with your favorite fruits/garnishes. Strawberries were used here.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or eat as is.
