Raw Vegan Matcha Ice Cream with Chocolate Sauce

Delicious easy raw vegan matcha green tea ice cream made with bananas and matcha. Drizzle some chocolate sauce on top and you have yourself a quick healthy treat.

  • 4 Frozen Bananas
  • Matcha green tea powder

Chocolate sauce:

  • 1 cup Nut Milk of your choice (Almond, Coconut, Cashew, etc)
  • 15 dates
  • 1 square Vegan dark chocolate


For the banana ice cream

  1. Peel, chop and freeze bananas until solid.

  2. Once the bananas are frozen, add them to your food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. 

For the raw chocolate sauce

  1. In a blender add the nut milk, dates and dark chocolate. Blend until smooth and creamy. 

  2. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the banana ice cream and enjoy!
