  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 2 cups mango fresh or frozen
  • 1.5 cups cilantro, chopped (about 1 bunch)
  • 2 tsp matcha green tea powder optional
  • 1 small chunk ginger optional


  1. First juice your oranges, it is VERY important that you use fresh orange juice. The bottled stuff just won't give the same benefits

  2. Add the orange juice, mango, cilantro, matcha green tea powder and ginger to the blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

You can double or triple this recipe and leave it in the fridge for up to 4 days. That way you don't have to keep making it and you'll always have it on hand for when you need it the most.
